FINDING PRODUCTS:
You can browse through the shop, by clicking-on any main Departments shown on the left of the screen. You can also find items quickly, by using the 'Search Phrase' facility, at the top left of the screen. For example, if you were looking for a 'bench' - You would simply enter 'bench' into the 'Search Phrase' window, then press the 'Magnifying Glass' Icon.

ORDERING & DELIVERY:
Order with confidence using the guaranteed secure online credit/debit card ordering facilities provided by GlobeCharge.

 

 

Online card payments are processed by WorldPay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group). We do not see your card details.

 If you prefer, you can telephone us with your payment details or pay by cheque.  

We usually handle deliveries that are local to the Rustic Woodland at Canterbury, Kent. For other areas of the UK, we use Royal Mail, Courier Services or we will arrange for direct delivery from the manufacturer.

NOTE: Most of the products we supply include delivery and this is clearly stated in the product description. Where this is not the case, there will be a delivery price shown or we will ask that you contact us for a delivery price, based upon quantity, weight, distance, time and manpower required. We aim to keep delivery costs as low as possible!

SHOPPING ONLINE:
When you are ready to proceed with ordering products, simply select your choice(s) and the quantity required and then click-on the 'Add to Shopping Basket'  icon, to add the product to your 'Shopping Basket'.

When you have completed your shopping, go to the 'Checkout' and follow the instructions to complete your order.

The orders are processed by GlobeCharge via a secure encrypted link to WorldPay. You will receive a copy of your order by email from GlobeCharge and a payment receipt from WorldPay.
